FITNESS TIP #5 ~~~~
Every once in a while CLEAN out your fridge, and throw old food away, junk food away, and anything else that doesn't look healthy!
I clean out our fridge every two weeks. That is always the time we do grocery shopping (and most of the time our fridge looks bare), but we do have some things that can be throw away. It's not just in your fridge, we clean our pantry out too!! If it is not so healthy and stays away our house, sometimes I cannot resist the temptation and try to eat it. So I try to eliminate that temptation and say bye bye to it!! They are a few items that we keep for "SPECIAL" treats/snacks, but ONLY a FEW!!
