YOU CAN DO IT!! LET'S GET SERIOUS!! 

IT CAN BE DONE!!! Hard corps back at it again after a week's vacation....where I left off: week 3! But even though I was away for a week and my own workout facilities, 5 out of 6 days still managed to get my workout in (at least 30 min/day)! Using the hotel's fitness room of elliptical or treadmill (once I did a lot of walking all day too)! I am NOT a runner but I totally impressed myself and ran on the treadmill the whole time (which was 20 min) without stopping, except for warmup/cool down (5 min each). I did the treadmill workout 2 times last week too. SO REMEMBER if you think you can't do it YOU probably can DO it, so why not try it and GO for it!
